Your
Spanish classes are held at the Anders Languages Residence.
The
Mexican Cooking Experience
 Chef
Ana of La Villa Bonita will take you on a delicious award-winning
culinary excursion into the heart of
Colonial Mexico, teaching you the
secrets of time-honored family recipes. In the morning, you will go
to the
Byzantine market with Chef Ana to learn how to select the day’s
ingredients. After breakfast,
 you will take part in “hands-on”
classes, learning how to make such dishes as chiles en nogada, red and
green mole, flan, and tamales among many others. After the cooking
is completed in the afternoon, you will enjoy a leisurely lunch in the
garden of the delicious fruits of your labor.

The Excursions
 Friday afternoons and during the weekends you will have plenty of time
to explore Cuernavaca and its surroundings such as the pyramids of
Teotihuacán or the colonial town of Taxco. You can visit these places
on your own or with a licensed guide. For more information about the

 Accommodations
Depending on the plan you choose, you will be accommodated either at
the Anders Languages residence or at La Villa Bonita. Anders
Languages and La Villa Bonita will take care of all your
transportation between both schools.
The Packages
PARTNERS
This package is specially designed for guests who want to visit
Cuernavaca together but have different interests. While one of the
guest studies Spanish at Anders Languages, the other guest will
explore the delicious secrets of Mexican cuisine with Chef Ana. This
package includes 45 hours of Spanish per week and 4 days of cooking
with Chef Ana with accommodation at Anders Languages.
SPANISH & COOKING
 This is a plan for one or two people. During the first week you will
be totally immersed in the Spanish language. On the second week you
will be able to practice your newly-acquired Spanish skills while
making time-honored Mexican recipes with Chef Ana. Both guests will
take part in 45 hours of Spanish instruction with accommodation at
Anders Languages during the first week and a complete 7-night package
at La Villa Bonita with Chef Ana.
COMBINED PROGRAM
With this package you will stay at La Villa Bonita and take part in
the culinary classes while in the afternoon you will study Spanish
with an Anders Languages instructor on the grounds of La Villa Bonita.
This package includes 15 hours of Spanish instruction throughout the
week.
