One of the unique features of Anders Languages^® is the Anders residence, which offers the student the best advantages of staying with a local host family and staying in a hotel.

At the residence you will receive the personal attention of the owners of Anders Languages^® and the team of highly qualified instructors.

Without a doubt, living with a local host family is a great way to improve your Spanish in an informal way and to learn more about the local culture….but since you are a guest in someone’s private home, you need to adapt to the house rules and be prepared to compromise somewhat the privacy and comfort levels you are used to.

A hotel offers the big advantage of high privacy and comfort levels….but regardless how comfortable your hotel is, it's impersonal and you might feel somewhat isolated from what's happening around you.

At the Anders residence you will find the best of both worlds, with the amenities and privacy only a hotel can offer, and the warmth and informal feel of a home stay. All rooms at the residence have private bath, wireless internet, room service, a desk, etc. A television, DVD player, air-conditioning, king-size bed and jacuzzi are available in our deluxe rooms and suite. You will have access to all the facilities (pool, garden, kitchen) of the residence without having to wonder if you are infringing on the privacy of the owners as they live in a nearby, but separate location. Just as in a hotel, you will be able to enter and leave the residence 24 hours a day. And if you break something, you can be sure that it won't be a family heirloom or something of emotional importance to the owners.

The cozy and relaxed atmosphere of a home-stay is guaranteed at the Anders Languages residence. You and the other guests will receive the personalized attention of the owners, instructors, and the Anders staff.

Home-made meals prepared by our cook are served 3 times a day and enjoyed in the patio together with other guests and the Anders team. It's the perfect moment to chat about your day and experiences and most important of all, to use your Spanish in an informal but realistic way.

The residence is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of the city, which is gated and guarded by private security. Within walking distance you will find a few restaurants, grocery stores and even a spa. The interesting city center is just 10 minutes away.

		Standard Room. Small but comfortable rooms for those who just want a good bed to sleep in. Windows on the street side of the residence.
		Standard Plus Room. Large 36 m² / 387 ft. rooms with a garden view and a lot of natural light during the day.  Air conditioning available (supplement payable).
		Deluxe Room. Big comfortable rooms with a garden view and extra amenities: king-size bed, TV, deluxe bathroom and an extra touch making the room extra cozy.    Air conditioning available (supplement payable).
		Suite. For the discriminating customer… a super-king-size bed, large desk, 2 comfortable chairs, a big-screen TV with DVD, FM-CD player, free mini-bar and air-conditioning.

BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER

A residential immersion course wouldn't be complete without good food and drinks. In the kitchen, our full-time cook Hermelinda will prepare typical Mexican dishes, the real Mexican stuff that an average Mexican family eats. For an insight into Hermelinada's recipes, click here.

Fresh fruit, vegetables, chicken, fish, meat (tell us if you are vegetarian),... We try to make meals as balanced as possible. And of course, if you have special diet restrictions, please let us know.

Coffee and refreshments are available for free 24/7, and during dinner, beer, wine and tequilla are served, free of charge.
