Sales and cancellation terms:

Enrollment with Anders Languages means that you accept all the general conditions:

1. GENERAL:

1.1. We will E-mail you the confirmation of your reservation, including the quote for the total cost of the solicited training.

1.2. We guarantee your reservation with a payment of 50% of the total fee. The rest of the course fees can be paid for upon arrival.  We accept bank deposits, credit cards, cash (USD, Euros or Mexican Pesos) and traveler’s checks (USD or Euro).

1.3. Anders Languages is not liable in any cases of acts of God (according to the law) or for unlawful acts on the part of the students, nor the consequences they might bring on.

1.4. If you enrolled in a program which offers ONLY morning classes, it may be possible (particularly during high season) that the morning classes be rescheduled for the afternoon (from 2:30 PM – 5:50 PM). In some cases, it may be possible that your one-on-one class be held in your room.

1.5. On weekends we offer accommodations and breakfast. However, we DO NOT serve lunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays, with the exception of arrival day or in the case of your having enrolled for weekend classes. Nevertheless, if you want to prepare yourself a meal, you are free to use our kitchen, where food is always available during the weekends. Another option might be the restaurants, of various price ranges, available nearby. Some of them feature home delivery service.

1.6. No classes are held on January 1, Easter Friday-Sunday, September 16 (Mexico’s national holiday) and December 25. Nevertheless, we will reschedule these lost course days, so you won’t lose classes you’ve paid for. During holidays, accommodations and breakfast are provided, however, as on weekends, lunch and dinner are not served.

1.7. Excursions to Cuernavavca, Xochicalco, Vista Hermosa and Tepoztlán are included in the course fees. If a student wants to take a teacher for an excursion outside Cuernavavca, Xochicalco, Vista Hermosa or Tepoztlán, the student is responsible for the expenses for transportation and meals (in case the excursion takes more than a half day) for him/her self and the teacher. All the activities organized inside the Anders Residence are free of charge. Expenses related to activities outside the residence are optional, and should be paid for by the student.

2. CANCELLATIONS:

2.1. 100% of the amount on your invoice is returnable 45 days or more before starting the training.

2.2. 75% of the amount on your invoice is returnable between 44 and 30 days before starting the training.

2.3. 50% of the amount on your invoice is returnable between 29 and 3 days before starting the training.

2.4. Less than 3 days before starting your first unit, there is no refund.

2.5. Missed courses are not refundable or recoupable.

2.6. No refundable amounts can't be recuperated with courses.

2.7. Cancellations before arrival are only accepted in writing, either by letter, telegram, e-mail or fax.

2.8. In no case will money be refunded once the course has started (except for the money back guarantee).

3. INSURANCE:

3.1. You are not insured against illness or accidents, theft or loss of personal possessions. We therefore highly recommend you take out a personal insurance policy.

3.2. Replacement costs for breakage due to negligence on the part of the student will be charged to the student.

4. GROUP CLASSES ONLY:

4.1. If we cannot assign you to a group of your proficiency level, or a group class cannot be formed, we will replace your course with a one-on-one course and the class time will be reduced by half.  However, with individual lessons, the amount of course materials covered will be the same as the group lessons, if not more. This default from group lessons to individual lessons is a common practice in the language school industry and will not affect the speed or the quality of your course.

4.2. Only a limited number of rooms are available inside the Anders Residence. Priority for rooms at the residence is given to guests who enroll in our individual, duo, and corporate programs. If you register for the Group Program, and there is not a room available at the residence, you will be accommodated by a nearby host family, in a similar room, and at no additional cost. For a supplement, you can also choose to stay at nearby hotel.  However, meals will be offered at the residence in presence of your instructor, as this is part of your Spanish language training.

Condiciones de Venta y Cancelación:

Inscribirse en Anders Languages significa que usted está de acuerdo con las siguientes condiciones de venta:

1. GENERAL:

1.1. Al inscribirse, le mandaremos por correo electrónico la confirmación de su inscripción, incluyendo una propuesta incluyendo el costo total de su curso residencial.

1.2. Garantizamos su reservación únicamente con el pago del 50% del monto total del curso. El restante se deberá pagar a más tardar tres días después de su llegada a la residencia. Aceptamos cheques (únicamente de bancos Mexicanos), depósitos, efectivo, cheques de viajeros y tarjetas de crédito.

1.3. Anders Languages no se hace responsable por daños físicos o materiales causados por los clientes.

1.4. Si se inscribe en un programa que únicamente ofrece clases durante la mañana, en algunos casos podemos estar forzados por motivos organizacionales de ofrecerle las clases en la tarde (de 2:30 PM a 5:50 PM) en vez de la mañana. También, en algunos casos puede ser posible que la clase se ofrezca en su habitación.

1.5. Durante los fines de semanas, ofrecemos hospedaje y desayunos. Sin embargo, NO OFRECEMOS comidas y cenas con la excepción si el sábado o el domingo es un día de llegada o si se inscribió para clases durante el fin de semana. Sin embargo, si desea prepararse una comida o cena, encontrará comida en la cocina. Otra opción puede ser visitar unos de los restaurantes cerca de la residencia o en la ciudad. Algunos restaurantes también ofrecen servicio a domicilio.

1.6. No ofrecemos clases el 1 de Enero, el viernes de Pascuas, el 16 de Septiembre y el 25 de Diciembre. Sin embargo, las clases canceladas serán reprogramadas para que no pierda clases pagadas. Asimismo, durante estos días festivos ofrecemos hospedaje y desayunos; sin embargo comidas y cenas no se ofrecen.

1.7. En caso de no tener habitaciones en la residencia Anders lo/la hospedaremos en un hotel o en una de las casas de nuestros profesores. Los estándares de calidad y comodidad de las habitaciones será del mismo nivel que los de la residencia; y Anders Languages se hará cargo del transporte a la residencia y de regreso. Todos los desayunos, comidas y cenas serán ofrecidos en compañía de sus profesores en la residencia.

1.8. Excursiones a Cuernavaca y Tepoztlán son incluidos en el costo de su curso residencial. En caso de que un cliente desee llevar a su profesor a una excursión fuera de Cuernavaca o Tepoztlán, los viáticos para el cliente y el profesor correrán a cuenta del cliente. Todas las actividades son organizadas adentro de la residencia de Anders Languages y son incluidas en el costo. Actividades fuera de la residencia son opcionales y deberán ser pagadas por el cliente.

2. CANCELACIONES:

2.1. 100% del monto pagado se regresará cuando cancele 45 días ó más, antes del inicio del curso.

2.2. 75% del monto pagado se regresará cuando cancele entre 44 y 30 días, antes del inicio del curso.

2.3. 50% del monto pagado se regresará cuando cancele entre 29 y 3 días, antes del inicio del curso.

2.4. No hay reembolso para cursos cancelados 3 días ó menos, antes de iniciar un curso residencial.

2.5. Cursos cancelados por parte del cliente no se pueden recuperar.

2.6. Montos no reembolsables no son recuperables con clases

2.7. Cancelaciones antes de llegar son únicamente aceptadas por escrito por carta, email o fax.

2.8. Bajo ninguna circunstancia hacemos reembolsos pagados antes de iniciar un curso.

3. SEGUROS:

3.1. El cliente no se encuentra asegurado contra accidentes o enfermedades, robo o pérdida de objetos personales. Sugerimos contratar un seguro adicional o de viajero.

3.2. Daños a la propiedad de Anders Languages causados por culpa voluntaria o involuntaria por parte del cliente, deberá ser pagado por el cliente.
